| Former Guyana Middleweight boxing champion and three-time challenger for a world boxing title, Howard “the Battersea Bomber” Eastman, was yesterday freed of drug charges by Magistrate Adela Nagamootoo when the case came up before her at the NewAmsterdam Magistrate’s Court.Eastman was on trial on the charge of possession of narcotics for the purpose of trafficking which was allegedly committed on Saturday April 10,Julius Peppers Packers Jersey UK, 2010,Randall Cobb Packers Jersey UK, at his Canefield Village,Ernie Stautner Steelers Jersey UK, East Canje,LaDarius Gunter Packers Jersey UK, Berbice residence.Attorney at Law Joel Persid Edmond appeared for Eastman and in his submission told the court that his client was not guilty. He also cited a number of inconsistencies in the prosecution case. On one occasion the two officers present gave different versions of what transpired.
