DALLAS (AP) — The NFL says it has settled a lawsuit with a worker injured by ice and snow that fell from the roof of the Dallas Cowboys' stadium during the week before the 2011 Super Bowl,Stitched Baltimore Ravens Jerseys.
Sampson contends he suffered a skull fracture and has continuing medical problems. He accused the NFL,Bengals Jersey Color Rush, Cowboys and the stadium architects of failing to account for falling ice and snow from the roof.
NFL spokesman Brian McCarthy on Tuesday confirmed the settlement but declined to provide the terms. Other parties also were named in the lawsuit filed by Severin Sampson,Cheap Wholesale Shoes Australia, including the Cowboys.
