Shembo, 22, said he spoke at length with the Falcons about an alleged sexual misconduct incident in 2010 that involved him and Lizzy Seeberg,Fjallraven Kanken Australia Sale, a St. Mary's College student who later committed suicide.
Shembo, who did not face charges, spoke publicly about the tragedy for the first time two months ago at the NFL combine.
